Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Shipping Time

The estimated shipping time is generally 7–10 business days after the order has been shipped for orders within Canada.

Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, carrier availability, weather conditions, holidays, remote delivery areas, or other circumstances outside our control.

The maximum estimated transit time is 10 business days from the shipping date.

Estimated Total Delivery Time

The estimated total delivery time is generally 8–12 business days from the date your order is placed.

Free Shipping Within Canada

Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders within Canada.

Tracking Information

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after the order has been shipped.

Delivery Carrier

Your order may be delivered by Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, or another available courier depending on your delivery address, carrier availability, and delivery location.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has already been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a broken, damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

If the item needs to be returned because it is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, BroMart will cover the return shipping cost.

Late Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within 7–10 business days after shipping for customers within Canada.

After reviewing the tracking information and delivery status, our support team will assist you with the best available solution. Depending on the situation, this may include continued delivery support, a replacement, store credit, or a refund where applicable.

Multiple Shipments

We always try to ship your order in one single shipment whenever possible.

However, in some cases, your order may arrive in multiple shipments due to product availability, fulfillment location, carrier requirements, package size, or shipping restrictions.

If your order is split into multiple shipments, you will not be charged any additional shipping cost.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item by mistake, we sincerely apologize.

After reviewing the issue, we will help send you the correct product or provide another suitable solution.

If the wrong item needs to be returned, we will cover the return shipping cost at no additional cost to you.

Important: Any returned product must be in the same condition you received it and in its original packaging.
