Return & Refund Policy

At BroMart, we want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping with us. Please read our return, refund, and delivery-related policies carefully before placing an order.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund review.

To start a return request, please email us at bromart0305@gmail.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for your return.

Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • All returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back.
  • Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, missing, or not as described.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

Reserved Rights Regarding Refunds

Once a return request is approved, your returned item must be shipped back within 14 days according to the return instructions provided by our support team.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our Return Policy conditions, including items that have been used, altered, washed, damaged by the customer, missing parts, or returned without original packaging.

Cases of suspected abuse, misuse, or fraud will be reviewed and handled accordingly.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If you receive a broken, damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so our support team can review the issue quickly.

After reviewing your case, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.

If the item needs to be returned because it is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, BroMart will cover the return shipping cost.

If your order appears to be missing but the tracking information shows that it was delivered, we recommend contacting the local carrier first to confirm the delivery location. You can also contact us at bromart0305@gmail.com with your order number so our support team can assist you further.

Late Delivery Policy

BroMart currently serves customers within Canada.

Estimated delivery time is generally 7–10 business days after the order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, carrier availability, weather conditions, holidays, remote delivery areas, or other factors outside our control.

If your order has not arrived after 10 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at bromart0305@gmail.com with your order number.

After reviewing the tracking information and delivery status, our support team will assist you with the best available solution. Depending on the situation, this may include continued delivery support, a replacement, store credit, or a refund where applicable.

Sale Items

Sale, discounted, clearance, or promotional items may be considered final sale and may not be eligible for return, refund, or cancellation for change-of-mind reasons.

However, if a sale item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so our support team can review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for all items.

If you need a different item, size, model, or variant, please contact us at bromart0305@gmail.com. Our support team will guide you through the best available solution, which may include returning the original item and placing a new order.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please email us at bromart0305@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has already been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
