Estimated Delivery Time in Canada
Orders within Canada are usually delivered within 3–7 business days after shipping.
The maximum estimated delivery time is 10 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, weather conditions, holidays, remote delivery areas, or other circumstances outside our control.
What If My Order Has Not Arrived?
If your order has not arrived after 10 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at info@broscale.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
After confirming the delay through the tracking information, we will provide a full refund for your order and a 50% discount gift voucher for your next purchase.
