This website is operated by BroMart. By visiting the website, creating an account, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced on the website. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to offer products and process transactions.

2. Store Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must be the age of majority in your jurisdiction or use the website with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the website, products, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or unauthorized purposes, or introduce malware or interfere with website security.

3. Service Area

BroMart currently sells and ships to customers within Canada. We may restrict or refuse orders where delivery, product, payment, fraud-prevention, legal, or operational requirements cannot be met.

4. Product Information

We work to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, variants, prices, and availability. Screen settings, lighting, packaging changes, and manufacturer updates may cause minor differences. Material errors may be corrected when identified.

Product availability and details may change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue a product, or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, incorrectly listed, prohibited, or affected by a material error. If a paid order is cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Prices and Payments

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless clearly stated otherwise. The available payment methods and the final amount payable are shown at checkout. You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.

We may review, refuse, limit, or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, unauthorized, made for prohibited resale, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days. Free standard shipping is available for delivery within Canada. Transit is generally estimated at 7–10 business days after dispatch, but delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Delivery may vary because of the carrier, destination, remote-area service, weather, holidays, customs, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our control. Tracking is provided when available and may require 24–48 hours after dispatch to update.

Products may be fulfilled by selected third-party partners and may ship from outside Canada, including from suppliers in China. Review the Shipping Policy for complete details.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery according to the Return & Refund Policy. Return shipping may apply. A return must be authorized before it is sent, and the business address displayed on the website is not automatically the return address.

Contact us promptly to request an order change or cancellation. We will try to assist before processing or dispatch, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.

8. Optional Shipping Protection

Optional Shipping Protection may be offered at checkout for an additional charge. It is optional and applies only to eligible loss, theft, or damage claims, subject to review and applicable terms. It does not replace rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The website may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, analytics providers, suppliers, fulfillment providers, carriers, and external websites. Third parties operate under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.

If you submit reviews, feedback, suggestions, images, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe another person's rights. You grant BroMart a non-exclusive right to use, reproduce, edit, translate, and display the submission for store, customer-service, and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The website's original content, layout, and BroMart branding may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially exploited without permission. Third-party trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners. Copyright concerns may be submitted under our Copyright Infringement Policy.

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using the store, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and service providers involved in payments, fulfillment, delivery, security, analytics, and customer support.

13. Errors and Changes

We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping information, availability, or other material mistakes. Where an error materially affects an order, we may contact you, correct the order with your agreement, or cancel and refund the affected amount.

The website and services are provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free website operation or guarantee delivery dates that depend on third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BroMart is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. These limitations do not apply where prohibited and do not restrict mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses or claims caused by your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.
