Section 6 - Shipping and Delivery

BroMart currently serves customers within Canada.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Estimated delivery time is generally 7–10 business days after the order has been shipped. Delivery times may vary depending on the customer’s location, carrier availability, weather conditions, holidays, remote delivery areas, or other factors outside our control.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

If your order has not arrived after 10 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at bromart0305@gmail.com with your order number so our support team can review the tracking information and assist you.

After reviewing the order and tracking details, we will provide a suitable solution depending on the situation, which may include continued delivery support, a replacement, store credit, or a refund where applicable under our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
