Returns

At BroMart, we want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping with us.

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or refund.

To start a return request, please email us at info@broscale.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Important: Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. The item must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

All returns must be approved by our support team before being sent back. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.

Reserved Rights Regarding Refunds

Once a return request is approved, your returned item must arrive at our return location within 14 days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our Return Policy conditions, including items that have been used, altered, washed, damaged, missing parts, or returned without original packaging.

Cases of suspected abuse, misuse, or fraud will be reviewed and handled accordingly.

Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Orders

If you receive a broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue quickly.

After reviewing your case, we will offer a replacement item or a full refund depending on the situation.

If the item needs to be returned to us because it is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, BroMart will fully cover the return shipping cost.

If your order appears to be missing but the tracking information shows that it was delivered, we recommend contacting the local carrier first to confirm the delivery location. You can also contact us at info@broscale.com so our support team can assist you further.

Late Delivery Refund Policy

We aim to deliver orders within 3–7 business days after shipping for customers within Canada.

The maximum estimated delivery time is 10 business days.

If your order has not arrived after 10 business days from the shipping date, please contact us at info@broscale.com with your order number.

After confirming the delay through the tracking information, we will provide:

  • A full refund for your order
  • A 50% discount gift voucher for your next purchase

This is our way of taking responsibility and making sure you feel supported when shopping with BroMart.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a refund.

Sale, discounted, clearance, or promotional items may be considered final sale and may not be eligible for refund, return, or cancellation unless the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for all items.

If you need a different item, size, model, or variant, please contact us at info@broscale.com. Our support team will guide you through the best available solution, which may include returning the original item and placing a new order.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please email us at info@broscale.com as soon as possible.

Once an order has already been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.
